Join Professor Fiona Jones, one of three speakers at our first plenary on 11 March.

Fiona will share new ways of thinking about and building the evidence base on self-management using examples from research and clinical practice. The session will inspire participants to consider the potential of self-management support to deliver outcomes that matter most to people living with stroke.

The session will include a mix of presentations from eminent speakers and contributions from stroke survivors from across Europe.

Listen to Professor Fiona Jones talk about the importance of self-management and stroke and why you should join her at the first Life After Stroke plenary session on 11 March, 10.00-11.30 CET.
